We have an excellent academic record and a lot of experience working as part of a company as well as consultants and Lean trainers. Many of us have worked abroad and we all speak at least two languages.

Mechanical engineer who joined the company as an intern, he worked in Italy and Europe as Lean R&D Manager and Kaizen Manager. He industrialized and managed large production sites in Thailand and China for a European multinational. In the East he deepened the Kaizen culture, which he has the opportunity to apply in practice every day and which is now part of his professional and human DNA. At the same time, in 2004 he founded Leanbet and began his business consultancy and training activity. He obtained the Executive MBA at BBS and teaches production management at the University of Ferrara and at the EMBA in Udine. He is also scientific director of the MASTERCLASS in OPERATION MANAGEMENT at FAV in Bologna.

He is a mechanical engineer specialized in industrial management. He has been involved in lean transformation since his graduation thesis, which allowed him to see first-hand the validity of the lean approach within a large Italian company. In Leanbet he deals with consultancy and training on topics such as project management, standard work, lean production, design of experiment, inventory management and safety in high-risk contexts. He is passionate about oenology and astrophysics.

Graduated in mechanical engineering, he designs innovative training activities on lean content. Curious and eclectic, he is always looking for new connections between his fields of interest, with the aim of solving purely practical problems in the smartest way. In his free time he develops prototypes with his 3D printer, for example for exoskeletons capable of restoring partial use of the hand to people with spinal injuries. He is left-handed but in high school he learned to write with his right hand too. It took him three years but this allowed him to discover a lot of things about himself.

Graduated in mechanical engineering, he obtained a PhD in the study of innovative materials. He holds various roles in important companies both in Italy and abroad in the field of industrial manufacturing. His professional path allows him to analyze the processes from different points of view ranging from the end customer, to the technical and qualitative part up to the managerial one in the operations field. The approach to Lean and Six-Sigma management techniques are the natural outcome of his way of operating which is based on the management and leadership of the work team, on the description of the processes and on continuous improvement through structured problem solving. From a consulting point of view, he supports the customer in the analysis and improvement of both its internal and external processes by verifying and monitoring the Supply Chain. His skills in the field of Quality Management Systems allow him to standardize the improvements implemented through procedures and operating instructions.

He has an energetic character, is optimistic and practical, always looking for new solutions capable of converting critical issues into opportunities.
